I absolutely love this pad!!! I use it on my chest and back every morning. I also have used it on my hip for pain. When I get up my back is hurting. The pain is actually gone after 20 minutes on high. I hope I’m not using it too often. I look forward to it every day. I’m actually going to try it on my arthritic hands to see if it helps with that and Raynaulds. The photo is provided for size. I got the small pad.
Excellent product. Great for my knee recovery after exercise. The timer and intensity functions are invaluable. I have the small pad, face mask and panel, I have found the construction and quality of all these to be top tier.
I started using this near infrared small pad for my left knee replacement. I’m also using it under both knees because my right knee is next up for knee replacement and I feel that this therapy is strengthening and supporting my bones and perhaps I won’t need a right knee replacement in the future. Company has been great to work with. I also have their face mask and I use that back-and-forth red light therapy for the skin scar and near infrared therapy for the deep muscle repair and bone health.

I have been using the LUMARA pads for sometime. I’m so pleased with the results and therefore upgraded with a larger Pad for larger coverage and faster improvements. In winter, I wrapped it over my legs or body as blanket to warm up and at the same time having treatment! It reduces fatigue and body circumference ! Really love it!
I bought the Lumara infrared pad for neck and back pain relief. My has been icut in half after use, and I am sleeping much better. Also the heat is soothing . I use on my abdomen for scar improvement and my legs for discoloration from too much sun. My abdominal scar is lighter and flatter. I also notice the skin is firmer on my legs and abdomen? I wasn’t expecting that! The mask was my first lumara product. I have noticed moderate improvement in facial skin surface texture and fine lines it’s subtle but steady improvement. I’m just getting used to using both products. I love the small pad. It’s very easy to use and flexible to place where needed.I’m a little slower getting accustomed to using the face mask, but I love both. I see and feel the difference they are making. I will definitely recommend these to clients, friends, and family.

I broke my left arm/wrist and required major surgery. The incision is 4" long and very lumpy. I use the Lumara pad twice a day for 15 minutes. My physical therapist cannot believe how nicely it is healing. That you!!

Bauer the small pad was out of stock, you sent me a larger one at no extra cost. I appreciate that. However, the package arrived with no included instructions and I had to go back to the website to learn how to use it. In addition, the cord to plug into the wall is VERY short; i couldn’t use the pad until i could buy an extension cord.
I’ve ordered with you twice and I appreciate the customer service and the product but both orders have issues because of UPS and FedEx. People steal packages and neither of these companies’ drivers follow delivery instructions. Ever. It doesn’t matter if you use their apps or if you leave a note on the door. That means i have to miss work for a delivery. Please switch to the USPS. They never leave packages on doorsteps. They’re just as fast. Please. Thanks.
Your products are fine so far but it’s a SERIOUS DRAG that you use FedEx…. They refuse to drop at a PO Box and their drivers completely ignore delivery instructions, ie. “Please put packages in the back yard “. This is an ongoing issue. I live in a place with porch pirate problems so I have to miss work to make sure the packages don’t get stolen. Please switch to the USPS, it’s the best option for everyone. They’re just as fast and more reliable.

I love the mask because I am seeing good results of the fading of brown spots. The pad is helping with my chronic back pain.
First of all, I have the face mask and it’s absolutely amazing! So I wanted to try their pad. It’s really good! I have a strained bicep muscle that flares up at times, and this definitely helps it!!!
There are two things I don’t like about the mask otherwise I love it. I don’t like the fact that when I put it on it pushes up and my eyes fall down even though I have the eye rubber cases around it. Also, my main issue is my smile lines and I don’t think there’s any red lights around the mouth area close to my smile lines so that’s defeating the whole purpose of me trying to get this collagen built up to help my smile lines. I don’t know if I can return it or not but I think I may call to see.
Although, I have only used the product for a short time, I appreciate the tools operating simplicity. In addition, the size works well for my area of concern.
So far, so great! I am new to such professional and powerful red light devices. I appreciate the informational articles on Lumara site and am learning how to use them and finding the right frequency schedule and power levels for my use. I think I'm seeing the improvement to my face w the mask and the pad takes away my back pain with each session.
Really happy with product. My only suggestion for improvement would be guidance for settings and time. For example, should you use a lower setting and less time for the race? Higher settings for joints?

Nice and portable light pad. Use it on my knees and most of my pain is gone within an hour. Pretty surprised how well it works.

I liked the 11'"x 11"pad so much I ordered the 12"x 30"pad to do more area at a time. Can't wait to receive it! I also have the viso mask, I have been using it for about 3 weeks, so far so good!
still getting used to it. I don't like that the pad has to stay connected to an outlet to use it. and It seems like my skin is drying out with daily use of the face mask, so I am cutting back to 3 x week for now. hopefully will see positive results?
