Returns and Replacements
Lumara proudly offers 30 day returns if you are unsatisfied with your order. Interested in a different product? We are happy to offer exchanges and discounts if you'd prefer to try a different system! :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To get started, you can contact us at Support@lumarasystems.com or fill out the form in our top navigation bar titled "support." If you are eligible for replacement, we will send you a new panel free of charge and a return slip to send your damaged panel.

What to Expect
