I am happy with the device because it is fast. I am unhappy because the manual provided is far too basic and doesn't explain how to use the settings of the controller or how to fit the hard arc and double sided tape. There is no information on the difference between the settings P1, P2, P3, P4, P5.
I had to email Lumara asking to clarify all my doubts and they did reply to my email but not to all my questions, so I am still not completely sure how to use.
The manual ( 3 printed pages) doesn't cover basics like how many times a day you can use it and many other questions (can you put it directly on your skin as a plan panel instead of an arch???) It could be made easier if it came with a manual.
The service prior to purchasing it was great, but I feel a bit alone now that I have bought it and I don't know how to use it properly, and my emails/questions haven't been answered
It is a expensive device, it should come with a manual to make our lives easier.
It has a US plug, so if you are in Europe you will need to buy an adaptor. It could perhaps be provided. I also thing the googles box is very small, it is hard to fit them in if you are in a hurry!

I was skeptical but amongst all other RDL panels this one had more to offer but within my price range. There is a rubber or plastic smell after the first use but I think that is natural, I don’t notice it after using it the second time around. I just wish you could set the intensity and time first before starting the procedure. The goggles are rubber made. The light is intense and gets hot but you get used to it. After 5 days I could feel my skin getting used to the heat. I haven’t found any significant changes over a week of use but I am optimistic it will after 28 days according to the user manual. It’s hard to take a video of me using this because I use it all alone and the light is pretty intense. Thanks Lumara!

We have 5 Illuminate panels, 1 body pad and 1 face mask at our clinical spa. We use them every day all day and have for at least 3 years. The strength of the devices is the best I have ever found for professional use. The warranty is awesome. Definitely one of the best business investments I’ve ever made.

My skin was really good before using the Illuminate Red panel. But now it is even better and I never thought I would say that. But I can see a difference in luminosity. I'm thrilled!
