Can I leave the Arch on?
Absolutely, you can leave the Lumara panel in the arch

The Lumara is compatible with our Lumara Illuminate Panels only
What Power Setting Should I use? (P1-P5?)
We always recommend using the panel at full power (P5) for best treatments. Here is time at each power setting
P4 (80% power): 6.25 minutes
P3 (60% power): 8.33 minutes
P2 (40% power): 12.5 minutes
P1 (20% power): 25 minutes
What is the Flashing Hertz Setting?
Some studies show flashing treatments may be beneficial as well, however, at Lumara we recommend using the panel without flashing if you are unsure.
Can I use it more then 5 minutes?
Absolutely. There is no harm using the panel longer than 5 minutes. The healing benefits simply tapers off after 5-10 minutes as the cells are fully replenished.
Using it on the body
10-30minute treatments is completely safe. Some users also enjoy the warmth and extra tightness achieved from 10 minute facials!
