What Power Setting Should I use? (P1-P5?)
We always recommend using the panel at full power (P5) for best treatments. Here is time at each power setting
P4 (80% power): 6.25 minutes
P3 (60% power): 8.33 minutes
P2 (40% power): 12.5 minutes
P1 (20% power): 25 minutes
What is the Flashing Hertz Setting?
Some studes show flashing treaments may be benficial as well, however, at lumara we recomend using the panel without flashing if you are unsure.
Can I use it more then 5 minutes?
Absolutely. Their is no harm using the panel longer then 5 minutes. The healing benefits simply tapers off after 5-10 minutes as the cells are fully replenished.
Using it on the body--20-30minute treatments is completely safe. Some users also enjoy the warmth and extra tightness achieved from 10 minutes facials!
Can the Panel be laid on my Body?
Yes! The illuminate panel is skinsafe. you can lay the panel over your back, stomach, chest, shoulder, knees, feet, etc. You can treat your entire body with the Illumiante panel
